Syndicate Plumbing Group was established in 2020 in Canberra. Since then, it has grown into a thriving and reliable business with a strong culture.

At Syndicate Plumbing Group, we actively nurture and mentor our up-and-coming plumbing professionals. Our apprentices work alongside experienced team members to gain hands-on knowledge and refine their skills.

Steven Mclean

Managing Director

Co-owner Steve is a licensed plumber, drainer and gas fitter with more than 15 years’ experience in the field. He has overseen multi-unit residential developments, office fit-outs and refurbishments, health and education new builds and refurbishments.

Matthew McInerny

Supervisor

Matthew has 14 years’ experience as a licensed plumber, drainer, gas fitter.

James Blair

Project Director

Co-owner James is a licensed plumber, drainer and gas fitter who has worked in the industry for more than 17 years. James has experience in multi-unit residential developments, office fit-outs and refurbishments, health and education new builds and refurbishments.
